Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how SEOBeaver handles information when you use the SEOBeaver application and its API.
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Information we handle
SEOBeaver may handle the information you submit to the service, including keywords, target markets, public website URLs, saved reports, and API-key labels. Account credentials and API keys are used to protect the workspace and API access. The application uses a necessary signed session cookie for authenticated dashboard access.
Search and third-party services
To return search intelligence, SEOBeaver may send submitted keywords and market settings to Google Ads Keyword Planner and may retrieve public search-result pages. Those services process requests under their own terms and privacy policies. SEOBeaver does not sell your submitted research or use it for advertising.
Google data use
SEOBeaver uses Google user data from an authorized user only to retrieve keyword demand and related search insights for that user’s SEO research. The data is used to provide the requested analysis, is not sold, and is not used for advertising.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate workspace access, run requested research, enforce usage limits, cache results, display usage, and store reports that you explicitly save. SEOBeaver does not use submitted keywords to make decisions about people.
Retention and deletion
Saved reports and API-key records remain until they are deleted or revoked in the application, or until the workspace operator removes the underlying deployment data. Cached data may remain for a limited period to avoid repeating the same request. Contact us if you need help with a deletion request.
Security
SEOBeaver uses authenticated sessions, hashed API-key records, and HTTPS on hosted deployments. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so do not submit information that you do not have permission to process.
