Authorized use

You may use SEOBeaver only for lawful research and only with information, websites, accounts, and credentials you are authorized to use. Keep administrator passwords, API keys, and Google credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials.

Research results

SEOBeaver presents search-volume, competition, SERP, and site signals for research purposes. Results can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by third-party providers. You are responsible for checking important information before making business, publishing, purchasing, or other consequential decisions.

Third-party services

Some functionality depends on Google Ads, public search results, DNS, hosting, and other third-party services. Their availability, limits, policies, and results are outside SEOBeaver's control. You must follow the terms and policies that apply to those services.

Prohibited conduct

Do not attempt to bypass authentication or quotas, interfere with the service, submit malicious content, scrape private information, violate a third party's rights, or use the service in a way that breaches applicable law or provider policies.

Availability and liability

SEOBeaver is provided on an “as available” basis for internal use. To the extent permitted by law, SEOBeaver disclaims warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on research results.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the application changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions can be sent to richardson@nshipyard.com.
